While I was snapping this I looked in Helene Martys window - our local estate agent - and there it is, our house. Its official then. The house was our first home here 15 years ago and now Ryan and Alecia have left it to return to the USA we have decided to sell it.
Very nostalgic. Have spent much happy time there as have many of our friends. Hope whoever buys it will be lovely...
