Alexander Anderson-Hall and James McOran-Campbell have moved here, hurrah! Last night they held a soiree of music. We inveigled ourselves an invite.
James and Alex are professional opera singers and will have trouble getting rid of us now - Alex has also done a couple of albums of folk music. (Their version of Foggy Foggy Dew will stay with me while Mnemosyne permits. Just delicious.) Others performed and jamming was enacted. Sigh. Loved it.
Weather continues bizarre, sunny, wet, squally with hints of snow.
Went to the airport just now to collect Peter Dunn, who is well, and saw Rose who is back from Amsterdam with stories of Toby and Leo. She was collecting her sister and also New Kelly... the tribe starts to gather. Curious to know what difference the Cornona Virus is making to our friends' lives and it seems to be merely inconvenient,; no bisous, no handshaking. Lots of bottom bumping and feet nudging though.
