Kat sent over these photos of the new Arts Centre - many studios and some apartments, ready for rent. Full disabled access. Exhibition space. Cheap (don't think prices are fixed yet but the town hall are anxious to see it being used so get in there fast)
Said goodbye to dear Bruno yesterday - will miss his erudition.
