Eating and drinking again-

Toby, Leo, Kat, Gracie, Bob and I went to La Claranda last night, in Serres - which is just before Arques, so not far away. They had a Tunisien folk singer called Jawhar playing at 10.00pm so some oldies quit in advance, being knackered after eating a large and very good meal. No doubt will hear today what level of treat we missed...

Heavy rain in the night so expect today to be beautiful for the vide grenier on the river bank, also for the market and to greet our friend Angela, who arrives tonight by train from London. Strikes and signal failures permitting.
