The mere fact of cold and cloud would never stop a Brit picnicing - we had the little island at Alet les Bains pretty much to ourselves.
Here is Le Capt., Clare and John Rushton flocking about sandwiches and cake. Much chatter and fun - great to get out and get refreshed.
