Richard has taken possession of the Grand Hotel - which is indeed GRAND and will keep him busy for a month or two.
There will be a gallery, studios, apartments; dedicated disability spaces and a disabled lift; plus all the usual offices. There are fantastic views, even on this grey day. Amazing project for him and Eva.
